I am really proud of the design for “Insomniacs After School”. From the start, we decided to use handwriting and I adapted my own for the title. I created a customized brush to write it, which resulted in a unique texture that blends well with the manga's dreamy feel.

For the first volume, I designed a variant cover, with inputs from the Art Director and the Marketing Manager. It is printed with a blue metallic Pantone on uncoated paper, with a glitter foil for the constellations. Makoto Ojiro Sensei, the author, praised the design as well!
